How I got here
The love of my life is long-distance running. I started running seriously in my late 20s, ran two marathons — Tel Aviv 2013 and Paris 2014 — and I'm still trying to get into the New York City Marathon.
Beyond running, you'll find me in the gym a few times a week, or working on handstands along the Tel Aviv promenade.
When I realized that vegan nutrition in sports was a field full of opinions and short on science, I decided to study it seriously. I completed the sports nutrition program at Wingate and earned my running and strength coach certifications.
