A light, refreshing, and surprisingly delicious dessert with a delicate texture and subtle sweetness.
Ingredients
- 1 package sugar-free jelly/Jell-O
- Boiling water – according to manufacturer's instructions
- 2 containers soy yogurt (150g each)
- Diet strawberry jam – 2 teaspoons per glass
Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar-free jelly/Jell-O in boiling water according to the instructions and mix well.
- Let the jelly cool slightly (it should be warm, not boiling hot).
- Add the soy yogurt and mix until a uniform consistency is achieved.
- Pour into 4 glasses.
- Add a thin layer of diet strawberry jam on top of each glass.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour until fully set.
