Ingredients
- 1 small can of lupin beans (approx. 175g before draining)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Tuscany seasoning
- A pinch of salt, if needed
Instructions
- Thoroughly drain the lupin beans and rinse lightly with water.
- Pat the beans dry using a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix the beans with olive oil and Tuscany seasoning until evenly coated.
- Roast in the air fryer at 190°C for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- It is recommended to shake the basket halfway through the cooking time.
Tips
You can swap the Tuscany seasoning for any other spice you love, such as smoked paprika or garlic powder.
