Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet potato (grated)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 2 tablespoons chickpea flour
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
- Spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder, a little paprika (to taste)
- A little olive oil for brushing/spraying
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a uniform mixture is obtained.
- Form flat patties with your hands.
- Arrange in the air fryer, brush or spray a little olive oil on top.
- Cook at 180-190 degrees Celsius for about 12-15 minutes, and it is recommended to carefully flip them halfway through.
