Ingredients

- 1/2 cup soy protein powder (unflavored)
- 1.5 cups water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Additions (a heaping tablespoon of each): oregano, flax seeds, psyllium husk, seasoned salt.
Instructions
- Mix everything together, spread thinly on a baking sheet, and bake for 8 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
- Remove, score into squares with a knife (a pizza cutter works great here!), and return to the oven for another 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove, cool completely on the counter, break along the scores, and only then transfer to a jar (otherwise the steam will soften them).
