Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup soy protein powder (unflavored)
- 1.5 cups water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Additions (a heaping tablespoon of each): oregano, flax seeds, psyllium, seasoned salt.
Instructions
- Mix everything, spread very thinly on a baking sheet, and bake for 8 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
- Remove, score into squares with a knife (a pizza cutter works great here!) and return to the oven for another 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Remove, cool completely on the counter, break along the scores, and only then transfer to a jar.
Tips
The secret to crispiness: Cool the crackers completely on the counter before breaking and transferring to a jar; otherwise, the steam will soften them.
