3 Fast Vegan Breakfast Versions & Insights from Sports Nutrition Studies at Wingate
I am happy to share that I have successfully completed my sports nutrition studies at the Wingate Institute.
I must admit, it wasn't easy, but now that I hold this certificate, I can tell you that something in me has changed:
Not for the worse, of course, but only for the better. The knowledge I gained during my studies helped me understand a thing or two about the world of general nutrition and the vast field of sports nutrition.
This knowledge made me realize just how healthy and correct a vegan diet is, but also how much it is filled with unfounded myths.
But that’s not what I wanted to write about this time.
I wanted to tell you that I created three recipes for Sunfrost using a new product they recently launched, which I personally think is excellent.
These are bags of frozen fruits and vegetables for shakes or indulgent smoothie bowls that you just need to blend, and they’re ready.
In case you didn't know, freezing doesn't damage the nutritional value of fruits or vegetables; sometimes, you can even find more vitamins and minerals in frozen produce than in fresh.
Admit it, you didn't know that! 🙂
I added some interesting toppings so that each shake becomes a wonderful, nourishing, and energy-packed breakfast. I also made this stop-motion video.
