Easy and Delicious Chia Tiramisu
I filmed this recipe with Orit Arnon, who went from being a client to a very close friend!
Orit is a participant in my coaching program, and I think we became good friends because we have so much in common.
First of all, both Orit and I are Herzliya locals (well, I'm in Tel Aviv now, but I grew up there!).
Orit is also crazy about sports and vegan fitness nutrition, which made our connection instant.
Beyond that, she is an incredibly talented photographer, and you simply must go follow her on Instagram.
So, during our regular follow-up meeting, we filmed this cute and easy recipe for a tasty Chia Tiramisu that we devoured in no time.

A bit about Chia Tiramisu
The base of this dish is obviously chia—so if you ask me what to replace the chia with, I'll hang up the phone on you.
To provide that signature tiramisu flavor, I used a very strong cold coffee (a cold brew I made myself). You can use strong instant coffee, espresso, filter coffee,
or any other cold coffee you love.
Let's face it friends, tiramisu is cocoa and coffee; separate them and you lose that tiramisu taste. So yes, you need cocoa here.
I used hazelnut-flavored store-bought almond yogurt—because the nutty flavor fits perfectly in this dish—but any other yogurt can work as well.
