Who we are

What we collect

Email and first name — only when you sign up for the newsletter or a free download.
Usage data — pages viewed, clicks, device type and approximate region, collected through Google Analytics only after you accept cookies.
Local preferences — accessibility settings, calculator results and your cookie choice are stored in your browser and never sent to us.

AI assistant and saved conversations

The assistant is an automated AI system, not a live conversation with Haggai. Its answers may be inaccurate and are general information, not personalised medical or nutritional advice. For a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Using the assistant is optional. You are not legally required to provide information, and you can browse the site without chatting. Without sending a message, the assistant cannot answer your question. Do not enter names, contact details, ID numbers, medical records, test results or other sensitive health information.

What is collected: the messages you send, the assistant’s replies and tool results included in the conversation, a randomly generated browser identifier, the page path, message count and conversation timestamps. The identifier and preferred form of address are stored in your browser; the form of address is also sent to the AI to adapt its replies. A random identifier does not make the text you enter anonymous.

Purpose and access: providing replies, restoring conversation history and reviewing and improving the service. Conversations are stored in Lovable Cloud and are accessible to Haggai through the site’s administration area. Messages and relevant context are processed through Lovable’s AI gateway and OpenAI. Processing may take place outside Israel, subject to the providers’ terms and applicable law. This notice does not guarantee that providers retain no data.

Retention and deletion: no automatic deletion period is currently configured. Starting a new conversation changes the browser identifier but does not delete the previous transcript. To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@windowlight.co.il; we may need information to locate the conversation and verify the request. Analytics cookie preferences do not control the processing required when you choose to use the assistant.

Commercial recommendations: the assistant may recommend Haggai’s book, lecture, coaching services or affiliate products. Haggai may receive revenue from purchases or affiliate commissions.

Why we use it

To deliver the content you asked for, to send occasional emails you opted into, and to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. We never sell personal information.

Cookies

Essential — needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. Always active.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Loaded only after you press "Accept". If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.

Third parties

Google Analytics (measurement), our email/landing-page provider (newsletter sign-ups), and affiliate links to online stores. Clicking an affiliate link may let that store set its own cookie under its own policy; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Your rights

You may ask to review, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every message or by writing to hello@windowlight.co.il.
